Most working voice artists today have been submitting their work to clients via their own studio. They get auditions or leads via emails and can Mp3 their demos or work back via ISDN lines or phone patches.
This practice has been going on for years since the computer revolution, but have no fear. There are agencies that represent voice talent out there. There are also recording studios that will keep your demos on file for future reference as well as some ad agencies.
